Exploitation and Service

The MECOS microscopy complex family is simple in installation and exploitation. No special knowledge or facilities are needed, friendly intuitive interface and illustrated manuals give easy self-training. The MECOS family is developed as module equipment with standard interfaces between facilities. So MECOS complex in many cases can be equipped easily by user with his own facilities (microscope, computer, printer, sometimes videocamera). Manuals give full instructions for assembling.  

The MECOS products are high reliable devices mostly without renovation during whole period of working age. Our guarantee maintenance term is 1 year. New program versions are free during 5 years.

Inbuilt quality control subsystem permanently gathers testing information about equipment, program and specimen conditions. If difficulties appear and a user can’t remove them himself one can send the testing information to our service center by email. Our service operators will analyze the information and send a user instructions needed. Mostly the instructions concern quality of specimen preparation and microscope tuning. If renovation is needed a user is to send equipment to our service center or to regional service centers of purchased accessories. Many of our users cooperate with us providing with the testing information during normal work of MECOS system. In these cases we receive very valuable "reference virtual slides" together with a doctor quality control remarks for our databases of development and trials.
