Exploitation and Service

The MECOS-C2 family is developed as module equipment with standard interfaces between facilities. Manuals give full instructions for assembling.  

Every MECOS-C2 complete set has 3 level user manuals: embedded in programs, separated short and full. Manuals are written as a textbook with a lot of illustrations. Manuals and user interfaces are intended for untrained staff.

Inbuilt quality control subsystem permanently gathers testing information about equipment, program and specimen conditions. If difficulties appear and a user can’t remove them himself one can send the testing information to our service center. Many of our users cooperate with us providing with the testing information during normal work of MECOS system. In these cases we receive very valuable "reference virtual slides" together with a doctor quality control remarks for our databases of development and trials.
